Russian Federal Bailiffs Service hosts meeting with judges of China

The delegation of judges of the Shandong Supreme People’s Court was headed by Mr. Chen Lejun, the senior justice and General Director of the Bureau for execution of decision made by the Shandong Supreme People’s Court, while the receiving party was represented by Anastasia Olencheva, the head of the Legal Office of the Russia’s Federal Bailiffs Service. At the beginning of the meeting the Chinese counterparts saw a presentation about key milestones in the history of the Federal Bailiffs Service and heard key legislative acts regulating the activity of the Service.

During the discussion the Chinese delegation became interested in main areas the Federal Bailiffs Service worked in and legislative acts regulating interaction with debtors. In addition, attention was paid to the work of legal entities collecting overdue debts, their rights and duties. After the meeting the Chinese delegates thanked for a cordial welcome, pointed out the importance of the dialogue they had just had and expressed hope that the next meeting would be held in China.
