Director of the Federal Bailiffs Service of Russia takes part in the International Union of Judicial Officers Bureau meeting
Director of the Federal Bailiffs Service of Russia Dmitry Aristov took part in a meeting of the Bureau of the International Union of Judicial Officers (UIHJ) during his working visit to Paris.
In the course of the meeting, discussions were held on the results of the 2019 activities, including the International Forum on issues of enforcement in Strasbourg (France), the Hague Conference on international private law “Civil Law Innovations” (Netherlands), and the seminar on issues of the blockchain and digital assets in Phnom Penh (Cambodia).
Members of the UIHJ Bureau talked about the activities planned for 2020, including the International Forum in Tashkent (the Republic of Uzbekistan), the Conference on Justice and Law in Havana (Cuba), and the meeting of the Standing Council of the International Union of Judicial Officers in Belgrade (Serbia).
The Bureau meeting also considered issues related to preparations for the Congress of the International Union of Judicial Officers in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in 2021, and the development of an international code on digital assets.
The attendees devoted particular attention to expanding the ties with the African Union of Judicial Officers.
