Dmitriy Aristov took part in the 24th International Congress of Bailiffs 26 November 2021 16:50

Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General of the Internal Service Dmitry Aristov took part in the 24th International Union of Judicial Officers Congress 2021 held under the theme "Cyberjustice: New opportunities for the judicial officer".

As part of the event, which took place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the Director of the Federal Bailiffs Service delivered a speech entitled "The Digital Transformation of Enforcement in the Russian Federation".

During the congress priority areas of cooperation were defined and a number of bilateral documents were signed including the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Russian Federal Bailiffs Service and the National Chamber of of the Judicial Officers of the Republic of Congo and the 2022-2023 Cooperation Programme between the Russian Federal Bailiffs Service and the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Chief Bailiff of the Russian Federation also held a meeting with Sergei Megryan, Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of the Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

In addition, an important event for the Russian Federal Bailiff Service was the re-election of Dmitry Aristov to a new 3-year term as a member of the Bureau of the International Union of Bailiffs.

Since 26 November 2015, Federal Bailiffs Service of Russia has been a full member of the IUEC, which confirms Russia's openness to discuss enforcement issues.
